Is an A/C to non-A/C system feasible?

I was just wondering how difficult it would be to remove the A/C-Heating system in my 82 Silverado and replace it with the pristine heater motor and non-A/C system that is in the 83 Custom Deluxe parts truck I just bought.

Is it a headache? Not so bad? Any advice?

Thanks!
