Question 60s stepside rear fenders

does anyone have any idea what year that the back up lights where molded to shoot straight back instead of bolted to the fender and shoot up / everyone I talk to seems to think it was done by somebody over the years, but after strpping them it sure looks like a factory stamp (no welds, grinding or grafting) any help would be great.
thanks, Paul

P.S. this bed was given to me for my 56, maybe somebody might want them for there 60s project if they are rare.

It sounds like it's from a 1966 stepside.
