has anyone switched from the dual headlights over under to the two on top and parking light on bottom. how hard is this and what all do you nhave to change?

Most folks don't go from the quad to the dual, but here goes. You'll need a new radiator core support, grille, bezels, headlight buckets, trim rings, turn signals, lights, etc.

what about the wiring?

You'll likely need new relays, leads, etc. as well.
