Help--My truck is running with no power
I dont know whats wrong however my 87 chevy scotsdale, runs with no power. My oil preassure gage is out of whack, can someone tell me what i need to check.

are your passengers feet getting hot: Timing or cat clogged or a possible vaccume leak

Willing to bet that the timing is too far to an extreme of advanced or decreased. You’ve been working on this for a while now. Have you access to a timing gun? I was trying to set my timing the other day and took it to an extreme and the engine started like normal, but it lacked all power, die often in idle while in drive and the engine got mighty hot.
