wanted: 4L80E

I am looking for a 4L80E, out of a 2wd, gas engine, don't care if its a small or big block or if needs to be rebuilt, or a website to find one. Thanks.

I have a 4l80e from a 96. Good condition. Came from a 96 c2500 8-lug 5.7L that I used the engine out of in my 95 K3500. Complete tranny, I drove the truck before pulling it and it seemed to be working well. I don't have the torque converter, I had to use it on my truck.
$600

I would prefer a gas because the diesel only has to turn like 3000 rpm or so, so the parts inside will be a bit differnt. Plus it will be set up to shift at really low RPM too.

Hmmm...my service books for the 4L80e don't show any difference for gas or diesel models.
The only difference I have actually confirmed is the stall speed on the torque converter.
