truck history
how would i find out the history on my truck. the only history i know is that it's home factory was in oakland, ca. and in '81 it was registered in texas. but i would like to find out where it has been in between. thanx for any info i can get.

Its free for the US but up here we get more info than you do. I think you get model info and numbers etc. Specific information on your exact truck is not available in the US, for Canada we get specific info. I was fortunate enough to find the original owners amnual and warantee card in the glove box, my grandfather knew the gentleman who bought the truck new, i bought it from the 3rd owner i believe. Underneath tucked into the springs there is a plastic bag with information that is usually untouched, it was not on my truck seat but you may still be lucky. Jason
