I want to thank all of you guys for keeping me from looking like a jackass. I was going to call JEGS and raise hell about this meter. Instead, I went to PepBoys and bought a voltage regulator for less than $30 and sure enough, 14.4V. You guys are geniuses!!! Thanks a bunch. I'll be back and hopefully I can give some info next time.
