Jose, My son is building a 4x4 out of my '72 Longhorn. I will ask him if he needs it. I am assuming that it is all in excellent operational condition?

Exactly what kind of tranny is that? Looks like my sm465 in my truck?
Thanks, maybe interested if I get some funds.

bisquik65 shipping would be expensive .

Sorry charlieo sheet metal goes with the tranny set-up .

Hoods69BadBowTie Tranny is an sm420 . The sm420 is 2 inches shorter than the sm465 .

The tranny looks like an SM-465, SM-420s only have one PTO port and it's on the drivers side. Last year for the SM-420 was 67.

That 420 tranny made it into a few produced GMC's up here in Canada a little later than 67....I had one in my 69 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 that I had once.

Run the tranny through the gears while it's sitting there...reverse is which way? Then you'll know.
