I just did a search on that headliner. They sell retail for $250.00. It's made of molded plastic, and can be painted any color. That 80.00 bid would be a good deal.

I BOUGHT ONE ABOUT 5 OR 6 YEARS AGO FROM J C WHITNEY FOR $189. IT WORKED GREAT. THE SPEAKERS WERE PRETTY WIMPY... BUT I'D BUY ONE WITH OR WITHOUT SPEAKERS. I PUT IT IN A TRUCK I BUILT, & WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT. JOHN

I bid that sucker up to 127 and quit. Shipping would be about 40 bucks. I want black so I would have to paint it. Brothers sells em for 229 plus 28 shipping. 90 bucks extra, but its new and it comes black.
