leaf spring eye bolts
any idea where to get the bolts that hold the leafsprings on? mine are beat to hell after taking the old springs off and my kit didnt come with them. i believe they are 9/16, but i need some ebfore i gho back toNC so i could put the 69 back together thanks. Harry

I replaced my bushings and had to buy all new bolts. Had to get them from a fastener store; grade 8, 9/16" in front and 7/16" in shackle end. I've since upgraded to 1/2" in the shackle end w/ a kit from ORD. I believe they need to be 5" long.

I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone. 1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm |
