WTB: 73+ A-arms (CA)

I plan on converting my 71 to 73+ A-arms and better bushings for a better ride. Thanks in advance.

Ill be parting a 73 c20 in a few weeks. Let me know if you might be interested in the arms, ill sell them cheaper then a yard would.

Be careful on the C20 arms.

Depending on the GVW class, it could have the 1/2 ton arms w/the rubber bushings or HD 3/4 ton arms that are similar to what he currently has (rubber lined bushings).

Jays68yak and Scoti. My truck has a 71 Chevy frame, if I install the 73+ A-arms do I need to change all or any of the other steering parts at the same time? I am entertaining the idea of installing 2.5" drop spindles and drop springs at the same time.

Scoti I plan on replacing the bushings and ball joints when I install the 73+ A-arms. Are the C10 and C20 arms different other than the possibility of the bushings?

If they will work, definitely I would rather buy from a board member before a yard. I need to know if they will work without putting a hitch in my giddyup. Your thoughts?

It would be easier to use the later model stuff. The pitman arms are the same so just get 73 & later tie-rods & BJ's. Bolt the drop spindles on using 73 & later brake stuff.

The bushings & how they mount are the main/only difference.

I have no idea as Im into the 4x4 world and dont really deal with the 2wd thing. I was going to at once and I am kinda baggin my roommates truck but as far as the lil ins and outs of this swap I dont know. Sounds like you have a few people that have responded and should of answered your questions tho. Let me know and I will set the arms aside for you.
