I think I have what you're looking for, off an 84, dk brown, original gm metal, nice straight, solid, and no rot/seperated skin on the bottom. Its minus the mirror and mounting bracket. Has the manual window and lock. Got it sitting in storage up in MA near springfield, although I might be able to arrange to get it down here in Narragansett as well depending what part of CT you were from....

I'd need $75 for the door, I checked but I dont have any really good pics down here. The only one I could find was from when I had just taken off the patch panels on the rocker and decided to part the truck out instead of redo the cab... shows the front half of the door at least, and thats where there is, although barely noticible, a spot where the paint was rubbed off and you have that flash rust on the surface, but no pitting of the metal. The mirror bracket was taken off when the truck was stripped down but otherwise would be as seen.

Ok, where is the door located? I would be able to come up to RI if you can get it there? I remember that truck from a post awhile back. Do you still have the rear, if so do you know the gearing ratio?

I dont have the rear, but it wasnt anything special anyways. In fact all I have left are the glovebox, drivers fender and passanger door off that truck. I was keeping the door to use on another truck but right now the time isnt gonna be there for a while. I can get it down to RI but it wouldnt happen until this weekend or next at the earliest. My truck needs the parking cables redone as theyre locked up right now. I can drive around town with it if need be but not on the highway. All would depend on how quick I can squeeze that in with the work schedule. let me know if thats ok with you?

Drivers fender was a new aftermarket, wet sanded, zinc coated, and primered grey. I'm not worried about hanging onto that one either... if you wanted it maybe $50?

Bring it down with the door! When do you think you can get the stuff to RI?

well, I can hope for either this weekend or next weekend. Weekday trips are out for me, it comes down to when I can get the parking brakes done on the truck. Even with them partially engaged the torque in the I-6 pushes me along albeit a bit sluggish, problem is uphill sections they start to work like theyre supposed to lol.

On a side note, exactly how much other stuff might you have been looking at parts-wise that you'd need, and do you have a trailer/dolly? I have a truck in storage ~85 miles from you, say head up the merritt and up 91 for a bit. Has a 12 bolt, unknown gears in it if you were still looking for a rear and stuff. Ill send you a pm with an idea of what I was thinkin....
