Yes. All brand new 1157's (amber ones for the front). And all brand new 194's for the sidemarkers.

Note to self: Next winter when/if that pesky light comes on again, refer to this thread. Yup, it's bookmarked. Though it wasn't aimed at me, thanks for the info, guys.

Really check your sockets and grounds, I have had worn out turn signal switches do bizzare things but my bet is a bad ground, 69-70 grilles being made of aluminum do sometimes have corrosion problems that are hard to see and can drive you nuts, so connect a meter from your (disconnected) negative term. set meter on ohms scale, and touch all your ground wires or the outside of your sockets, if the reading is high, thats your problem, Good luck!

Your problems are nothing... when I turn on my lights(which for some reason, run off the dying battery even when truck is running) BOTH my turn signal in-dash lights light up! Then I hit the brake and they fade away. Come on and off. The blinkers blink really fast with a delay, but the blinker fuse came from a 67 Camaro, sooo...

Check the dash cluster ground wire which clips (bad GM engineering) onto the metal dash...I drilled a hole underneath the dash and attached it with a screw (that's what GM should have done) and all my lighting woes went away!!! One of the previous posters mentions this too.

I like this thread. Lots of good ideas here. I've got some of these same problems in both my truck and my son's, but I'm onto other probs now. Bookmarked this for after the big stuff gets done.

Sounds like a ground problem or cross-connection.New harness?Probably bad ground. When the signal cam in the column messes up you can have this symptom.

Okay..all my lights work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The last issue I has was the front blinker not blinking when the lights were on. That turned out to be a bad housing/socket. When I wiggled the wires at the back of the socket, it would blink with the lights on. I went to the salvage yard today and got a new housing. Everything works!!!!
