Engine compartment fuses
Someone mentioned to me that there are 2 small engine compartment fuses (4a) on trucks with the deluxe gauges. I have a 72 Blazer, where would I find these fuses on my truck?

You should find the fuses near the core support. One on each side of the truck along the fender. They are in inline black holders. These fuses are for the charging circuit.

they should be 4 amp fuses but they are a short fuse not the same as in the fuse box.

Thy are not for the charging circuit, but for the amp guage.

you can use normal length ones in it though, just that youl then see the glass visibly instead of it being hidden inside the plugs, but it works fine, makes checking fuse condition easier, actually
