Rear Axle & tranny decode help - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Here it goes as best I could tell:
TAZ W0491(?)E
It's in a '71 Chevy 4wd 350/350

I also have a manual tranny with these casting #'s
3813389
Any Idea what it is? It also has a Tulsa PTO hookup on it.
Just a tranny that was in the back of the truck I bought.

I show the axle to be a 3.07.
