If we had only known.....

All this time and money we waste to lower our trucks could have been avoided if we would have thought this up. Man this guy is a mechanical engineer.....

Com’on fellas!!! Don’t you recognize a “Slot Notch” when you see one! Even the leafs and hardware has been painted for that custom look.
The Slot Notch allows your truck to spring vertical... kinda like a grasshopper!!!!

Re: If we had only known,,,,

It's not what I'd do, but ultimately, what's wrong with it? It's functional (in terms of lowering the truck) and as safe as any other mod (assuming the shackles are solid).

Re: If we had only known,,,,

Hey it gets the job done! What's so wrong with that anyway? I don't think it looks any worse then the people who have the middle of the bed floor missing to have a 'bagged setup showing, and if it's solid and safe...way to go!

Re: If we had only known,,,,

That would be the original B.B. adjustable suspension. (Before Bags). All you need is a 14mm socket wrench and 5 minutes and you can go from stock to slammed with simple hand tools.

Sorry about that. Maybe I should have said Rocket Surgeon...

Yeah, I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's feelings, just thought that it was rather ghetto. You guys are right, it does get the job done, and it's not any worse than hacking a hole in the bed for a super C and a bridge.
