I spent 3-1/2 hours removing one from a 6-cyl. Nova back about 1970, and I still haven't found the big screwdriver that I threw over the fence in a fit of rage. Where did you get that tool?

I had a few while in Austin, and I L-O-V-E them! Any thoughts? Anybody coming north soon?

I can find it a Wal Mart of all places here in AZ. Wally World is from down south so it makes sense. I too am found of the little town named Shiner. Congrats on the victory. I have had a few tough ones, but nothing like that. If it wasn't 3 degrees here I'd toast you with a Fat tire (if you like Shiner, try it!)

I was just at the beer store and noticed they had three kinds of Shiner there.One was bock.

When my family drove dodges (85 diplomat) and (87) dakota, both of them were so tight from the factory we had to use a hammer and scrwedriver to remove the filters and this was on new automobiles.
Congratulations, nothing like victory over automotive demons.
