Re: 454 to 292 Engine Swap.

The 292 came with pump installed. The only snag was the hoses on the existing steering box use o-ring and the pump on the 292 use flair fitting. I had a new hose made up today with o-ring on one end and flair on the other. Next problem is the outlet on the top of the radiator is smaller than the thermostat housing on the 292. Guess I'll figure that one out tomorrow, John.
