New one to you
Hi all. I'm Brent from the St. Louis area. This board is helping me a LOT. Thought i do the formal intro and thank all who have posted. I'm a mechanic for Scott AFB near Belleville IL outside St. Louis and have been bending wrenches for over 14 yrs. I'm currently working a 72 C-10 shortbed stepside and have it stripped to two frame rails and 2 crossmembers. The info here has been very helpful for me in making decisions along the way with my project. I hope to share with you the joys and pitfalls of this build and pass some advice to others. This looks like a good group and have even seen a truck here that floats through the base occasionally. If I can figure out how to work this board I hope to be a regular. Take care and thanks again.

Re: New one to you
Thanks for the kwikie links Krue. You're kids head is all over this site. I'll post pics soon. I just got to the point I need to take pics to show the work involved for validation of the work done. I just don't know where to post them exactly. Looks like any random spot works for most but the best seems to have an outside link. Any Ideas? Inthewind, I flown in the Pope 130's a couple of times, scaarrrreyyy. Those planes get quite a workout. Take care and thanks for the welcome.
