Re: Chassis and/or Parts For Sale
I'm in need of a "high-hump" bolt-in trans tunnel. I understand the big block automatics had them without a shifter cutout. Know where I might find one of those. Will take one from a manual with a hole, but would prefer "no hole".
Thanks.

Re: Chassis and/or Parts For Sale
8Bolt,
the front suspension is still together with the frame rails and front crossmember. I have no way of knowing what the shipping cost would be until the crossmember is separated from the truck. I prefer to leave the suspension parts together with the front crossmember so that the entire unit can be strapped to a palat and shipped that way. Also the front end has been precisely aligned to that crossmember and its just easier to handle the suspension as a unit. I do not want to disassemble all of the front end parts for this sale, keeping them together as a unit is more desirable for the buyer also. I would be willing to sell you all of the front suspension, dust cap to dust cap and everything in between, but it will include the front crossmember also. Maybe some of the other members can offer input on what the unit would weigh strapped to a palat, then we can figure the cheapest way to get it to you. I'll work with you best that I can. There's all, really good new parts in the front suspension. Thanks, 72longbed |

Re: Chassis and/or Parts For Sale
Do you still have the ECE sway bar? Is it for a stock truck or lowered (the brackets). Was it for a c20? Will it fit on a C10? Dumb question, but it's for coil spring front ends, right? Does it include ALL mounting hardwared for a truck that did not come with a sway bar?

Re: Chassis and/or Parts For Sale
67ChevyRedneck,
I still have the ECE swaybar. Its for either a C10 or C20. Its 1 1/4" in diameter, so it will work much better than the stock units. All of the Poly-Graphite bushings and all of the new brackets and Grade 8 bolts are included with the sale. This bar and brackets will bolt right up to your 67-72 coil spring truck. The brackets will fit stock or lowered trucks, the only difference is: for the lowered trucks some companies use a shorter front pair of brackets so the sway bar doesn't hang down as far across the front. If you really want the shorter front brackets, they are available from ECE for cheap. Let me know if you want it ASAP before the entire front end gets sold please. Thanks, 72longbed |

Re: Chassis and/or Parts For Sale
Yes, the hub is complete. All you need is the snap ring that holds it onto the axle shaft.
Thanks, 72longbed |
