Fuses...
I am wanting to put a new fuseblock in under the hood for a few
things I have added right off the battery(fans, headlights, amp, etc) what power fuse should I use? thanks!

You do NOT want to use a fuse in your headlight circuit. Use a circuit breaker. What would happen if the fuse blew while you driving on a pitch black night. The circuit breaker for your headlights is built into your light switch.
