headers

What year of truck headers work best in a 57 chevy truck? I don't want to use tight tuck headers. Thanks Pewy 397

Re: headers

I bought Sanderson big block headers that are made for a 32 Ford chassis. It's not in yet but they clear the motor mounts and tuck REAL close to the pan and are above the bottom of the pan by at least 1". Width wise there is no problem with the frame but have yet to see if they will clear my Fatman rack/column. They are beautifully made. I have pictures if you want to see them. By the way this is going in a 57. Bob
