Re: Air Bag Suspension Component List help...

I'm setting one 4 port tank up for my system.

You'll need:
-4 bags
-8 valves
-main airline
-gauge airline
-gauges
-switches
-relays
-compressor
-water separator
-fittings are kind of a custom fit, all depends on how you want to plumb the system

May be some other things but thats all I got off the top of my head. I highly recommend getting an 8 pack of SMC valves from suicide doors. Awesome deal on those.

Another thing to remember is bumpstop. One type of airbag (I think slam specialties) has built in ones but if you go with a firestone or airlift you'll need to make something up. For my rear I made a c-notch and mounted a bumpstop off the boxed plate to hit the axle and I've got an adjustable setup in the front

Airlift has manuals online http://207.97.200.166/manuals.htm
That will show you how to plumb it and what componets you will need.

Jp Kustoms has all the fittings in a kit ( the only place I seen you can find them like that)
http://www.jpkustoms.com/main.shtml

1 piecing stuff is expensive and I would wait till the end untill the end to buy compressors and bags because if you have a problem they might be easier to return. Also you should have a specific plan and stick to it.

Re: Air Bag Suspension Component List help...

Thanks guys. Right now All I have are a set of bags, plates and cup for the front which I got from a board memeber. They're used but the bags still hold air. I am going to put them on the back of my truck for now and use it for load leveling.

Anyone else?

All I can think of to add is a pressure switch, so your compressor knows when to turn on and a blow off valve on the tank is a good idea too.
I have also needed various brackets to mount the front tank, water seperator, and pressure switch, but each situation calls for a different bracket so I made mine.
