What would you do?- (spindles)

I recently lowered my truck with new 4" rear springs and cut the front springs so now I have about 2.75" drop. I like my new stance but am considering the 6 lug disc kit which includes my option of drop OR stock spindles. My question is when I order the kit, do I just get stock spindles since the springs are already cut or get the drop spindles and get another set of stock springs??? Opinions please.

I say get the drop spindles and find a set of stock springs on the cheap. Should be much easier to align that way. And, you can always go lower later. My .02

Yes, get the lowered spindles. With dropped spindles and stock springs you will have a better ride. I am not opposed to cut springs, but anything beyond one coil is going to adversely effect the ride....

The funny thing is my ride is great with 1.25 coils cut. Never had a problem. I'm sure I can find a set of stock springs on the board when I'm ready.

Assuming stock and drop spindles cost the same, the drop spindle is the way to go.

The drop spindles leave your options for the future open. If you later decide to go lower, all you'd need was a spring, because you already had the spindle.
