Went junkyarding yesterday found a bunch of 67-72's and a running longhorn!

A complete BB truck with all the brackets and pullies has to be worth at least $500, running prob more. Beats trying to track down all the little crap. Be a good parts truck..going to pick it up?

Leave all of those long bed work trucks in there and take as many front ends and fenders and doors that are good and take them with you. You could always cut patch panels out of the longbeds for people. Definitely strip that "cow" of its big block and parts too.

only thing that would worry me is the the tire is sitting more forward on the passager then it should be someone correct me if i wrong and the second picture of the driver side looks about right

The guy wants 1250 for the longhorn, I just want the mill, probably part the rest out, thinking of asking what he wants for all of the 67-72's, lots of good harness's, suspension parts, rad supports, some body panels are all right, trannys, rears, etc. I know he must be hurtin for cash cause he is fairly high priced for around here, but i dont want to spend more than the stuff is worth.

I don't know what trucks run up there but I wouldn't say that longhorn is worth that, but I don't know much about the value of the longhorns.

If you need the motor/trans and all the little crap that goes with it, I wouldn't hesitate to give him $1000, especially since pulleys and power steering pumps can cost a bunch to get shipped to you.

Just some input, don't know how hard bbc pickups are to come by up in canada, but I payed $850 for TWO big block longhorns, one a cheyenne 4 speed, and the other a c/20 automatic. I would say 750 would be a more reasonable price, espicially if it has been sitting for a while.

The`67 looks like it may have a decent cab.I would tell him he`s high on the Longhorn.If it was on the road,then it would be worth it.
