seat belts

my brother just picked up what i think is a 65 gmc. i was looking at the seat belts and since i dont have a picture im going to try to describe them. one side has the large clasp/buckle and the other side is just web. you slide the web into the buckle, pull your belt tight and then close the clasp part of the buckle. its kind of how my old boy scout belt worked. is this stock? the one in the middle looks similar but it has the buckle and the part you click in like the ones im used to on my 71. anyway i think these are very cool and i want to pick up three of em to put in my panel. thanks for any info.
