? about lowering 4 and 6
I am looking to lower my truck 4" in front and 6" out back. Can you do this on a 72 long fleetside with lowered coils, shocks and installing an adjustable panhard bar? Does anyone have this set up and how does it ride?

Up front you're gonna have to run spindles AND coils. 2-1/2" or 3" spindles and the rest you can do coils. You will most likely have to do drop shocks too. Out back you have some options. 6" springs (which I wouldn't recommend), or 4" springs and 2" blocks, then go with an adjustable panhard bar, shock relocator and shocks.

Re: ? about lowering 4 and 6
I'm running the Early Classic 4/6 drop on my chassis.
The rear is 6" drop coils, different shocks, the shock relocator kit and the Super Track Bar. 67fleet is right about he front, use drop spindles, springs and chang the shocks. Here are pics of my rear setup: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=120971 Here is the info from Early Classic: Quote:
