Just finished truck and now it is gone
I sold this truck 1 year ago. I agreed to do a frame off restoration before he would get it. Just finished and now it is ready for him to pick up. It sure feels good to finish it, but real sad to see it go. Oh well there are 3 more waiting my attention and 2 of those aren't going anywhere.

That is a smooth truck, I sure would hate getting rid of it.

I bought the shoulder harnesses separate. The truck in the pic is a 71. It has 350/700r4, leaf springs, tach. My 72 will be my dream truck. I have everything I need for its restoration, but in reality if it is done in 3 years or less I will be surprised. I drove the 71 for 3 years before I sold it. Never thought I would sell it, but when I got the 72 it became a different story.

Hey Downton
Just curious what kind of money(ballpark) you got out of that sweet looking truck. I live just up the road from New Pal off Mt Comfort. I bought a 69 last summer and probably paid a little to much for it but it was worth it to me. ------------------ 1972 2wd Blazer (Project) 1969 Chevy C10 (Driver) http://community.webshots.com/user/69chevytruck 2002 Chevy Trailblazer (Wifes)

Thanks everybody. Yes it is tough to get rid of but the deal was made before it was restored. Does give me the desire to get started on some more projects. And GMC Paul, nice plug about your parts. Really guys alot ( and I mean alllooottt) of the new parts came from Paul. He is a good guy to do business with.

1 inch drop in the front and none in the back. It does have leaf springs. The back is a little high when you get a good look from the side. The tires are just 215/75r15.
