Odd-ball VIN?
Hey everyone,
Just bought myself a new little project and just out of curiousity decided to run the VIN and figure out what I really have. I was able to decript everything except what model year it is. The guy I bought it from aquirred this truck from his dad and didn't know jack sh!t about it.(pretty sure he's never had a wrench in his hand. ) From what I can gather via grille style and equipment it should be about a 1978-1980. Any help would be apprciated. edit: FOUND

Re: Odd-ball VIN?
I hope that helps to distinguish a 78 and a 79... the 79 headlight bezel encompasses the turn signal, the 78 does not.
