new from indiana
hello all,my name is doug i am 28 years old from indiana.i am new to chevy trucks i had a 70 chevelle that i fixed up when i was in high school put i sold it some time ago.but i have come across a 71,72 chevy pickup that was my grandpa's.its been sitting in a shed for a long time.it has a six cyl eng with a 3 on the tree.i would like to put a v8 with a 4speed but i don't know if this will be to hard of a job.do they make kits to do such a job.

Welcome to the board from South Mississippi! No kits needed really, since most of the engine/tranny combos were available from the factory. Just figure out what you need and look for it on the parts board or contact the board members.
