My 85 C10

I Bought this truck New in April of 85 .So we have been through a lot together .Unfortunately i had to put the truck back to some hard work after i had done the paint job and it did not hold up to well .I have just started to redo her and i want to do a drop 2.5 front and 4" rear will i have trouble up front with drop spindles I'm running p275 60 all around.

well i had a 85 short box with the same drop you are talking about and with 295 50's all the way around it rubbed a little cut all the way either right or left

wow nice to see some one who held on to it since new. what are your plans for the redo. i am not sure about the drop but many people on here have them so help should be no problem

Well first is to get it sitting like I want rebuild the whole front end everything is still original now with 235,000 miles on her. Then working on the interior thinking of going back to all Charcoal inside. Have added bucket seats and a console from an 83 blazer. Have a rebuilt 350 now with about 80,000 think of building a 383 or buying a crate stroker not sure yet.

Mine is a 1-owner. Daddy bought it new off-the-lot in April of '80. Still in his name.
