I got my '71 GMC street legal - working lights, plates, etc. I put my first 15 miles on the new GM crate 5.7L and TCI TH350

I replaced all of my valve springs Saturday and got it all buttoned together Sunday. However, I noticed that I only had SIX valve stem seals LEFT!!!!!!!!! My "ex" machinist in under rated my springs and I had been binding them. Which, broke NINE inner springs thus taking out my seals. It's a wonder more of my plugs weren't fowled
