New Feller From Tennessee

Hello all. I got my first fixer upper last month. A 1969 C10 longbed. The body has the usually rust but i can't complain for $500. I even drove it home. As I siad in the title I am from Tennessee. I live about 20 mile from Knoxville. I'm glad I found this site because I really don't know what I am doing. I have learned alot already just from reading the great posts. Bye for now.

You sure can not compain about $500.00! A good set of tires cost that much today. Welcome to the board from Western Kentucky. We would love to see pictures of your truck.

Welcome. This is a great resource. I've only been here a few weeks since I bought my '72. I'm in Crossville, so we are practically neighbors.

Re: New Feller From Tennessee

I will try and get pic this weekend. That is something I need to do. She don't look that great in spotted primer but I am just trying to sand what I can and try and keep it from rusting anymore. Thanks for all the welcomes.
