QUOTE] cut a peice of luan underlayment = like 1/8" paneling from lumberyard. cover it with headliner foam = 1/8" foam available at upholstery shops or joan fabric stores. may want 2 layers for more insulation factor. pre fit & pre drill screw holes for mounting. cover with fabric of choice. can use 3-m 77 spray can adhesive to attach foam & fabric. if sand edges of luan can get away with no sewing or moulding on edges. also works for making your own door & kick panels. good luck jw |
