Re: Check out this Dualie
neat truck but am I alone in my dislike for the draggin frame look? I just don't get it. totally useless and for my taste, that low just doesn't look good. of course I'm 48 and grew up drag racing and cruisin when you could get away with the stop light grand prix

Your not alone i personally don't get that either but i love the static stance look of a truck laying frame.

Re: Check out this Dualie
I used to think that lowered dualies were silly looking, but now I think I kinda like it. This one is sweet.

Re: Check out this Dualie
You can still put alot of stuff in that bed. The only space that is no longer available is the section between the tubs, directly above the rear end. That's not much (a few cubic feet @ most).

Re: Check out this Dualie
I wonder where they got those billet panels on the upper door? They look like the ones you can get from LMC for 81-87s, but on an earlier door panel. I need to score some of those for my 78. I pulled my pull strap completely off yesterday morning. I dig the polished, too.

Re: Check out this Dualie
I like it with the exception of the large rims. I know that there is a style for those now and all. i ahve also seen people adding semi style wheels but the back wheels on that one seem funny to me. Why not just goe with a really fat rear wheel nand tire???
looks good in my opinon as long as it is bagged

Re: Check out this Dualie
I think it looks pretty kool. I would not spend my money on a project like that but it still looks good, I like it. To each his own though.

Re: Check out this Dualie
I love it, but I love all trucks lowered or lifted. I haven't owned anything but stock ride height trucks, though. I'm short so I probably won't be climbing into too many Hiboys, but I would like to own at least one. I hope to own a few lowered trucks.

Re: Check out this Dualie
OJOE,... glad to see other people my age with lowered vehicles. I'm 45, with a little gray hair. People give me the strangest looks when they see me in my 5/6 dropped '91 s10 daily driver. Like it should be my sons truck or something. Love the duallys! Always have,... even if it's just a static drop. And this one is SWEET!
