Where did you find?

Since I've broken my trannymission I'm looking for another one.

Where did you find your transmission at?

I'm looking for an my6 AKA NP A833. I've been lookin in some Junk yards but none available.

Where did you find your overdrive transmission. I don't have the money to do something like a np500 mod or something that requires a hydro clutch.

I've been told the T5's from an s-10 will work. Can't seem to find those easily.

You got any ideas?

Re: Where did you find?

There is one now on Ebay in Michigan that needs rebuilt with no bidders on a $50 starting bid. The OD 833 seems to be somewhat rare. I see them on Ebay from time to time though. I would think a T5 would be a fair amount easier to find than the 833.

Re: Where did you find?

I agree that the t5 is easier but much more expensive it seems a the Jnk Yrds.
