4LE80 in '87 Burb 6.2 w/Full Time 4x4?

I'd like to convert my 3/4 ton Sub to full time 4x4, not part time, as the 208 only permits 4 wheelin' on slippery surfaces. Overdrive would also sure help with the stupid 4.10 gears!
The 4LE80 has the same tail bolt pattern as my TH400, as opposed to the 700R, which more closely resembles the TH350, but I want to use the '73-'79 203 iron Tcase. These usually came with the TH350, like mine. I like the idea of being able to keep it in 4 wheel on dry pavement as the 203 has the center diff. Great for plowing when the streets are dry!
So 6.2-4LE80-NP203-
I've spoken with Vince at www.4xheaven.com in Gloversville NY. He seems to know his stuff, but I want to hear from others before I act.
The 4LE80 will also require a stand alone computer. Sheesh...

Anybody ever do this?

Thx,

Andrew

Here's the Sub next to my 1/2 ton plow truck. It has the opposite (final drive) problem. 305-700R4-208-3.08's(?) I think it revs 1200 at 60 in o/drive-lock-up. Also pix of my '86 3500 SRW 6.2-TH400-205(?)-4.10. Needs a plow and floor work... but hsa crate 6.2...
