Whats behind the AC Balls? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am hoping someone can take a picture of what goes behind the ac ball holders. Mine is missing the captured nut that the top screw goes into.
I bought some captured nuts at Carquest but they are to tall and they show up behind the ac ball holder.

You may try lowes or any hardware store. They usually got the smaller ones. Or any of the vendors sell them in a kit with new screws for a nominal amount. Hope this helps.
