Basically, larger trucks with larger discs and drums:

JB8 - 12 1/2" x 1 1/2" rotors with hydroboost-assist brakes (Any Model)
JF9 - 14 1/4" x 1 1/2" rotors with hydroboost-assist brakes (Any Model)
