how high can i go
i got a stock 1990 pickup and want to know how high can i lift it before ill need to extend brake lines and steering components?

be careful because you also have to worry about driveshaft angles and shocks as well. I would search for a good 4" lift and give the company a call. They can give you the best advice for each specific lift. I wouldn't plan on more than 4" but you can also do 3" body lift, it has a few problems as well but it's pretty simple.

Hey, welcome to the best board around from Montana. I would have to say a 4" lift before you will need to start changing everything up. Like stated up above you could check into a body lift too.
