Motor Difference???
I am thinkin of upgrading the motor in the 87 from a 305 tbi to a 350 tbi... now do i have to buy a 350 from 87 and up or can i use an old 350 and put my tbi stuff on it?? i know older ones dont have center bolt valve covers also but does this matter or do i have to get a 87 and up motor to keep it tbi?

Re: Motor Difference???
Most of the '87's had one piece rear main seals. I personally would want to retain it if you have it. Plus if it does, you will have to get a new flywheel.
