Sounds like a pretty well matched motor. 3000RPM stall sounds like a lot but I doubt that motor has enough torque to make it static at 3000. I bet you'll actually stall somewhere closer to 2300RPM. I can see it needing the increased stall too because of that cam. That's a lot of duration for not so much lift. I bet it's lumpy sounding :-)

I would guess that motor(depending what has been done to the heads) would make somewhere around 350HP.

I actually ran this cam for a while and I liked it. It has quite a bit more lift than your 284 cam thus the 390HP it made with a similar motor to yours.
