Someone posted and easy 25 minute removal a couple of weeks ago, with pictures. I think it is listed in FAQ.
In short they used a piece of 3/4" garden hose and 2 pieces of extension cord. They gradually pealed back the inside top rubber and inserted the hose inbetween the rubber and the metal cab, just to keep the rubber seal bent back. Do the same along the sides and use the extension cord for a spacer here. Then push gently and the windshield will pop right out. Make sure you have helper on the outside to catch it, and I would recommend placing a blanket on the hood for padding. This is supposed to be much easier than cutting it out.
