stock guage bez & autometer guages?
I have a 78 GMC sierra and i am wondering if i can use the stock guage bezel and install autometer guages into it. Is there any fabrication involved? the factory guages i have now are broke and arent reading right so i want to get the Autometer gauges and put them in. Ive seen many on here that have done it but not with the stock instrument panel. Any help and ides would be appreciated...thanks

How's this?
For how I done it, read this article http://www.73-87.com/7387garage/inte...s_recessed.htm I now have a billet bezel overlay on top of the stock bezel.

Re: stock guage bez & autometer guages?
I loosely followed this writeup and used my stock bezel:
