Thanks for your advice about Triple A Muffler. I called Sachse Rod Shop, and even they recommended them. I then talked to Ray at Triple A and told him I was very picky about getting the job done right. He laughed and said "So am I, come on over." I'll let you know how it turns out. By the way, Sachse said they'd do a dual exhaust system for around $1500, piecing together mandrel bends then grinding and smoothing the welds. When it's all done, they have the pipes ceramic coated. I guess that's nothing for their customers with $60K hot rods.

Uhhh...guess who did my 3" mandrel exhaust on my 67...Mr Frank Millsap himself from Sachse but I can't afford a 60K ride so I know what you mean!!. Total bill was around 850 but remember I'm anal so nothing could hang below the framerail. I used to be longtime friends w/them & would go out there several nights a week & swap labor I could do for labor I couldn't. 850 was u-bends,3" pipe(from triple-a), muffs, headers, boxing the trailing arm crossmember & punching/welding 5" holes for the exhaust to pass through, & some misc other stuff. I did most of the grunt work & fitting & Frank welded it all up. I even did my cab corners & rockers out there & they used my cowl for fitament during welding for another customers truck & then did mine for free. Good luck w/the exhaust & give a shout when it's done.
