Need some information on three speed shift column shift collar and the direction control collar. I bought a three speed column but either the shift collar or the direction control collar is wrong. Where the shift collar and the direction control parts meet they are the same diameter. The shift collar is suppose to fit outside the direction control collar. So I need either a larger diameter shift collar or a smaller direction control collar. The direction control collar I have is the same size as the auto collar I have. It also does not fit the three speed collar I have. So I need another direction collar if it is a diffrent size than the auto collar or another shift collar to fit a collar the same size as the auto collar. Perhaps I have a 67 part and a later maybe 70 part.

Red would be good but the color doesn't matter. I can paint it to match the truck. I will take a complete column but only need the shift collar and the direction contorl collar.

Is the steering shaft that connects between the steering box and the other shaft different lengths for the three speed column then the auto column? Does it matter if the truck is a longhorn or not. Mine is 15 inches long and appears to be about 4 inches short.
