Cab ID Please

I just picked up a Cab for the chassis I am working on, But I have no Idea what it came off of, any suggestions!
The doors are of a pushbutton, so I know they were not from this cab but they came with it, will they fit this cab. The other question I have is will the front end from my 52 1/2T fit this cab. It is at the sandblaster so I dont know how much time I will put into it when it is clean and primed.

Here is the VIN plate can, someone decode it for me

you have a wind vent on the drivers side a frount split window and rear side windoew "5 window" it can't be a 53 because of the vent not a 54 cause of the window dash... thats 2 down 3 to go

plus 54-55.1 had one piece curved windshield.

its a 49 3100 according to the vin

Thanks DWCSR, will the push button doors fit on this cab?
What told you it was a 49 on the VIN tag, is the 4600LBS on the tag for a 1/2 ton?

2nd, Yes the doors will fit, but you have to change the door striker as well. Solid, do you still have pictures and info for the guy that makes the hood lift kit that you put in your truck? Thanks

Just realized my 48 was built in Canada.

I do have it somewhere!! I will look for it soon, I ran across the receipt the other day but I don't remember which folder!

I looked for the information on the hood prop but all I found was a FAX'ed copy of the installation instructions. In the mean time while I will look for the receipt, do a search on hood, hood hinges, I know I posted some info a few years back, right when Katrina hit, as he was flooded out!
