newbie with 70 shortbed 4wd
Just picked up this little jewel for $1500:
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2608895 Body is pieced together from several trucks. 10 bolt front end, 350, trans and transfer case are from an 80's Blazer, I was told. Frame has been shortened. I'm a Mopar guy, so I may have a GM question or two down the road. Thanks, Dan |

I have been shortened too, but that's only from the olives in the martinis. Nice truck, welcome.

Re: newbie with 70 shortbed 4wd
Thanks, guys.
So far I really like this truck. One thing I need to take care of ASAP is replace the toothless flywheel. Twice today I had get out with my wrench and "adjust" the flywheel, so the starter would catch. Previous owner included a new one with the truck, so I just need to tear into it. Anyone have any tips to make this an easier job??? |
