Got it from Universal Parts Inc. Got the invoice in front of me.....$74.95 shipped. Here's the good and bad news......just spent 1/2 hour on the phone with a Spal tech guy (very helpful) trying to figure out why it don't work....well it don't (bad news). The good is that I called Universal and they will have a new one in the mail today with a call tag in it so I can send the broke one back...Now that's GREAT customer service. Spal also said they were good to do business with. Here's the number 866-730-7169

If I had the equipment (break and a tig welder) I could probably make em, but you would probably use diff fans cuz I'm sure these are spendy if you wanted to buy em new. I don't think I could talk my buddy into bending up too many of these and the price would probably be hirer than the shrouds that are already sold by some of the venders. I'd be glad to sent the CAD dwg I used to come up with it......Just PM me.
