Who is in my area & how to post things

New to this forum. Just bought a 1967 GMC fleet side, 3/4 ton w/ V6 & 4 spd. I need a 2 bbl carb. I would like to make contact with like minded lunatics (truck fanatics) in the area of Gulport/ Long Beach, MS. I am here until SEP of this year as an activated Navy reservist.
Back in Ohio, near Zanesville, I have a 1979 Chevy 1 ton dually with a rebuilt 350, w/ auto trans for $2500. It is a four door, 2 wd, w/ full bed.
I also have an International 1ton dually 1970 flat bed w/ lift gate for $750.
How do I get responses? Is it just here or does this generate an email? Should I post a "WTB" ad or do you folks have lots of those carburetors sitting around waiting for me to buy them?
(228) 363-1311 after 5pm or on weekends please.
God Bless!
ps: how do I list my projects at the end of my sign on name?

Welcome from California! To list your projects in your signature: go to the top of the page and click on UserCP. Then look to the top left for Edit Signature. Then add your trucks.

Welcome to the board neighbor. I'm in the Hattiesburg area. I'm an exNavy submariner (nuclear so I glow). In Gulfport you have two great members Bill (Palf70step) and Edb both of whom are excellent people! We need to have a get together before you get out of here.
